ASSISTANT EMPLOYEE  SERVICE CENTRE MANAGER (HR SERVICES)

Salary SCALE   £26,302 to £35,225

We’re currently recruiting a number of senior HR and Payroll Professionals to serve over 8,500 employees from our new Employee Service Centre, dealing with a range of key issues including recruitment, retention and the application of HR policies and procedures. You will also have the opportunity to share knowledge and skills with other Assistant Employee Service Centre Managers to support your personal development and provide cover as required within a professional, supportive and flexible team.

 

THE TICK LIST -  Knowledge & Skills

  • Manage the HR Services Team within the Employee Services Centre
  • Provide advice on the application and interpretation of HR policies and procedures
  • Interpret changes in legislation and good practice to provide specialist advice, support and guidance to managers and staff, as required
  • Develop knowledge of portfolios of other Assistant Employee Service Centre Managers to support own personal development and provide cross cover as required
  • Ensure all recruitment processes meet legislative and best practice guidelines
  • Manage day to day activities of the Employee Services Centre 
  • Plan and organise large scale recruitment campaigns
  • Demonstrate excellent understanding of the importance of key interrelationships between HR, Medical Staffing and Payroll when developing and delivering a high quality customer focused service
